Hello! I’m Ivy Miles a Health Coach, Yoga Teacher, Breast Cancer Survivor, Mom of 2 Children & 3 Four Pawed Rescues. I teach women like you to find joy, increase vitality & energy, love the body their in (even when it feels impossible) and create the life they want. I do this by offering 1) techniques, tools & mindset shifts to release negative thought patterns into healthy positive changes 2) clean eating cleanse courses that provide recipes, shopping lists and self-care habits 3) Living what I teach. I teach what works from my own personal experience and from working with women for over 20 years.
